I have two manual transmissions that have been sitting in my garage for about 6 months, one with worn synchros, one with a busted mainshaft. Matrix Karaoke Keygen Software. I've made little progress on either and yesterday I finally coughed up the 30 bucks for some channel lock snap ring pliers.

Busted mainshaft is a 716.210 aluminum case and the other is a steel case. Ideally, the mainshaft of the steel case will fit the aluminum case, but in either case I need to disassemble both.

I need to remove the input shaft, but can't seem to manage it. Anyone have advice? I do not know if this is related or not. I tried to take apart a Manual Transmission (not Mercedes) that had be run for a short period wit no lube in it. The Input Shaft and the shaft behind it had evidently fused together. You said the Main Shaft Broke; I would be thinking about what made it break and could that be keeping the Input shaft from coming out.

I just disassembled an aluminum 716.210. You have to pull the front bearing to get the input shaft out. Remove the 'pig snout' making sure not to lose the compensating washers that will be in front of the bearing. Pull the bearing. I had to go to a transmission shop to get it pulled.

Then remove the rear cover, reverse gear assembly and intermediate plate, the shift fork retainer bolts (opposite the shift arms with the oval plates), the shift arms, and then the main shaft. The main shaft should lift out with some coaxing and turning of the countershaft.

If yours is broken though it should just lift out in pieces. I left the rear main shaft bearing in place on mine as the synchronizer rings were with in spec and I simply reassembled with new gaskets after a good cleaning. I'm having trouble removing the bell housing on the steel (iron) case transmission. I've removing the nuts securing the bell housing to the gearbox studs (blue) and I've removed the bolts that secured the front cover to the gearbox (yellow). I couldn't remove the four 5 mm allen head bolts securing the sleeve to what I thought was the front cover (red).
