If this is not the right place to post, then please do let me know. I am looking for a tool/utility or the best way to pull CDR records from the Avaya PBX server. We use CM5.2, and currently using the Avaya RDTT.

This tool is very unpredictable and many times gives out junk records. We are developing an application to import the CDR records to the database for reporting and finance purpose. Is using RDTT in production environment not recommemnded?

In some call accounting software, this module is called as SMDR module.just have to confirm with the particular vendor whether the software can have live data collection from PBX,,this will do.
